研究方向:

肿瘤干细胞(Cancer stem cells, CSCs)是肿瘤中一小群具有快速自我更新能力,并具有多向分化潜能的细胞类群。肿瘤干细胞参与肿瘤的生长、侵袭、血管生成以及免疫逃逸等过程,与肿瘤的发生、发展和治疗抵抗密切相关。本实验室主要以脑胶质母细胞瘤(Glioblastoma, GBM) 作为研究对象进行肿瘤干细胞的相关研究。胶质母细胞瘤是成人中最常见和最致命的原发性神经系统肿瘤,被世界卫生组织归类为最高级IV级神经系统肿瘤,确诊患者中位生存期仅有14-16个月。胶质母细胞瘤中存在着肿瘤干细胞亚群,被称之为胶质瘤干细胞 (Glioma stem cells, GSCs) ,该亚群促进了胶质母细胞瘤的发生、发展和复发。实验室的研究方向为胶质瘤干细胞与肿瘤微环境的相关研究,重点是探究胶质瘤干细胞自我更新、营养感受的分子机制以及阐明胶质瘤干细胞与肿瘤微环境之间的相互作用,目的是为防治胶质母细胞瘤提供理论依据,并为药物研发提供更加有效以及安全的作用靶点。实验室主要采用分子细胞学手段与测序、蛋白质组学技术相结合,与临床医院紧密合作,围绕胶质瘤干细胞为核心展开以下研究: 1. 胶质瘤干细胞自我更新及侵袭的分子机制;2. 胶质瘤干细胞与肿瘤微环境之间的相互作用;3. 胶质瘤干细胞营养感受的分子机制。
